Hengshui Hengwei Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in June, 2009, with register capital of RMB 56.8 million Yuan, designating in manufacturing and sale of pesticide, acaricide and fungicide, and in research and development of new type environmental friendly pesticide products. Our products are mainly exported to South America, Africa, Southeast Asia and other regions, and have been well received by foreign businessmen. There's a huge amount of foreign visitors arriving every year. In order to further expand the field of enterprise development, to meet the needs of foreign markets, the company creates a variety of product development space, always pay attention to and meet customer demand for continuous development of the enterprise. A lot of research and development work has been done in various dosage forms such as emulsion, suspension agent, water agent and water dispersible granule agent. The factory is located in the chemical industrial park of Jizhou district, Hengshui city (northeast of the intersection of Jingsan road and Weisan road), covering an area of 38,000 square meters, including workshop 5,000 square meters, warehouse 5,000 square meters, office building 2,500 square meters, and other auxiliary shed area 8,000 square meters. At present, there are 115 production workers, 18 management personnel, 9 engineering and technical personnel and 8 inspection personnel. In order to ensure the quality of products, the company strictly controls the incoming and outgoing materials, packaging and quality to ensure that the incoming materials and outgoing products are qualified. Our company is equipped with liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, moisture meter, rotary granulator, high temperature heat storage box and other testing equipment, to meet the company's testing, testing needs. The factory is equipped with 2 powder airflow crushers, 4 liquid automatic filling lines and 6 powder automatic filling lines, all of which are automatic production, equipped with automatic filling machine, dryer, shear machine, automatic labeling machine, automatic capping machine, automatic thermal shrinkage film machine, automatic packing machine and other equipment. And before each new product is produced, we will have qualified samples in each link, according to which we will stratify and inspect the products in the production process, so as to drive the sense of responsibility of the staff, and ensure the internal quality of the products, at the same time, ensure the perfect quality of external packaging. And in the guarantee of safety, environmental protection production at the same time, our company organized a weekly staff safety, environmental protection, product quality training.
In order to further expand the company and make the company more healthy development, we develop 85 mu new lands in Hengshui Jizhou salt chemical recycling economy park. And pesticide preparation project, herbicide packaging project is under construction, with early procedures being completed.
